1. Service Description

Systronix is a web-based platform that assists researchers in conducting systematic reviews. The service provides AI-assisted abstract screening, full-text screening, data extraction, risk-of-bias assessment, meta-analysis, and reporting tools.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and the decisions you make based on the platform's output.
  • You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, overload the system, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all research data you upload to or generate through Systronix. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your systematic review data, extracted results, or reports.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Systronix uses artificial intelligence to assist with screening, extraction, and analysis. AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and are not a substitute for expert review.

You are responsible for verifying all AI-assisted decisions before relying on them in publications, clinical guidelines, or other professional work. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Systronix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated screening or extraction results.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the platform, or remain inactive for an extended period (with prior notice).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
